Gâteau et Ganache is back from a lovely summer vacation! We recently stocked Palo Alto’s Piazza’s and Draeger’s with fresh chocolate bonbons and handmade marshmallows. The team at Piazza’s put up a special Gâteau et Ganache “Handmade in Palo Alto” sign to catch the attention of anyone with a preference for low-carbon footprint chocolate using the best of local ingredients – such as organic fruits, herbs and cream.

Thanks to the amazing folks over at Draeger’s, who were big supporters of Gâteau et Ganache from the very beginning -- you are a joy to work with! As you might know, Draeger's is a food lovers' paradise, and next time you are there, look for us in the artisan confections section!
